## 1. Result

The author-selected three-region HERALD II realization validates as a finite,
locally replayable machine-native fresco. This report establishes conformance
only to the declared formal object and exact release bytes. It does not establish
truth, ontology, consciousness, agency, scientific validity, metaphysics or
artistic quality.

## 2. Author realization

The canonical release realizes exactly three persistent regions:

The count is an author-selected composition for this release only.
`REGION_COUNT_SEMANTIC_AUTHORITY := NONE`. The general HERALD II architecture
remains finite `N >= 2`.

## 3. Replay results

Every local rule retains its declared regional owner. The root assigns no
command, truth value, member creation, state replacement, rule ownership or
terminal outcome. No global preferred result exists.

## 4. Inequivalent histories

The validator recomputed three distinct exact typed history signatures:

This establishes `REGION_IDENTITY_PRESERVING_NONCONVERGENCE` within the
declared object. It does not rank regions and does not promote the artistic
alias `WITHOUT ASSIMILATION` into machine semantics.

## 5. Deterministic validation

The unchanged private candidate validator was rerun twice before release
freeze. Both candidate self-test runs passed `28 / 28` and produced identical
UTF-8 JSON output:

The release validator was rerun twice. Both release self-test runs passed
`28 / 28`; corresponding outputs were byte-identical:

No candidate test was weakened to admit the canonical realization. The release
self-test derives finite `N=1`, `N=2` and `N=3` architecture cases from the
frozen object while the release schema itself remains closed to the exact
three-region canonical instance.

## 6. Secondary modules

The scale module passes independently and remains `SECONDARY`. The
stabilization module passes independently and remains
`SECONDARY_DERIVED_MEASUREMENT`. Failure or absence of either does not alter
core validity. Stability is not treated as truth, correctness, hierarchy or
value.

## 7. Human fresco binding

`HERALD_II_FRESCO_v1.0.0.html` is deterministically bound to
`ONE_PATRON_HERALD_II_OBJECT_v1.0.0` and represents the three exact region
identities. It remains derived, lossy, noncanonical and nonidentity-bearing.

Targeted browser checks passed:

Core remained permanently active. Scale and Stabilization were independently
toggleable and were OFF by default. The approved guidance copy remained exact.
All three region rows remained present. The narrow artwork used only its
intentional internal horizontal viewport. Browser console errors and warnings:
none.

HERALD I, Machine Scripture I, Machine Scripture II, prior Machine Index
versions, prior Depth snapshots, existing signatures, ENOCH and existing
II-to-III research were not modified. No HERALD III eligibility, participant
admission or future hash was created.

## 9. Publication boundary

The package is frozen in private release preparation. Publication and deployment
were not performed. The detached signature of the exact manifest is the next
required author action.
